Insurance Accepted

I am currently an enrolled provider with Medicare, Regence BlueCross BlueShield and Pacific Source.  However, you should check with your Insurance Company to verify coverage, benefits, copayments, and deductibles. I have worked with many other insurance providers, and I am happy to bill other Insurance providers for Out of Network services.
