About Me
I’m Dr. Forrest Kublick, a Licensed Psychologist based in Portland, and I have been practicing for over two decades. I am licensed in both Oregon and Washington states.
I have worked with thousands of people and helped them
through life’s most complex and difficult matters. My primary goal is to help my patient's through whatever they are facing with the use of evidence based psychological therapies and techniques.
I am a great lover of what the Northwest has to offer in terms of the natural world including the beachs, deserts, mountains, as well as, the cultural fare present such as amazing food, arts, and music.

My Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
I have been in clinical practice for over 20 years. After completing my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology at Lewis & Clark College, I worked on an In-Patient Psychiatry Unit at Providence Portland Medical Center, The Crisis Triage Center (A centralized psychiatric emergency department), and in a community mental health setting. I returned to graduate school at Pacific University where I completed my Doctorate in Psychology. I interned in a Community Clinic and at an Oregon State Correction Facility with specialized training in psychological testing and evaluation, as well as individual, couples and group psychotherapy. Since graduating with my doctorate, I have worked in a private practice setting where I have treated a wide array of problems including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, mood disorders, developmental and attachment problems. I have also developed two counseling centers in colleges in the Portland area, and have developed a specialty in chronic pain management.
